I can honestly say, that I don't even know what's going on here, or what this scan is from, but it HAS to be by the incomparable Sergio Aragones.
And it makes me giggle.

Actually, in updating this, the cat is gone, and most of the kids have moved out, but we still have all of their stuff, so it is a good thing that we have a big house. Poor Aquaman. That whole piranha thing has always bugged me ...
Yeah, me too. I never liked the whole 90's era Aquaman as a badass for some reason. I prefer him riding his giant sea horse, dressed in orange and green, and using crabs for handcuffs.
It is from Sergio Aragones Destroys DC, the DC version of Sergio Aragones Massacres Marvel. Both are great. I remember that the joke at the time is that it would be followed by Sergio Aragones Implodes Image, but they managed to do that on their own (it was the nineties).
All I know is that Sergio Aragones is always hilarious.
