I'm not exactly sure what it is that she's supposed to "get over", but if it doesn't bother Hal, then it doesn't bother me.

I'm guessing she's supposed to get over either Hal making time with several other ladies, or Hal doesn't remember her name.
Those are two VERY likely possibilities. Hal has already shown that he doesn't necessarily remember the name of the lady he takes to bed. Remember Julie?
