This is just one of those odd thoughts that come to me when I am pondering my comics. When Thor is visiting the Avengers Tower, and speaks to Jarvis... and I am thinking of the Jarvis system that is from the Iron.Man movies, his AI... would he call it "Yar-vis"? That would be the Norse way of pronouncing it, I would think.

I am a middle-aged suburban housewife with four kids and a husband, two dogs and a cat who has trouble figuring out what the litter box is for. I probably have waaaay too much time on my hands. Actually, in updating this, the cat is gone, and most of the kids have moved out, but we still have all of their stuff, so it is a good thing that we have a big house. Also, I have become a Grandmother!

They neglected to have him say, "Ja, sure, you betcha" though.
No "Ja sure..." bu they more than make up for it with the Alpha Flight talking like the McKenzie Brothers gag.
1982's all comedy What If issue is one of my favorite comics of all time. It was full of single page or single panel gags. They've tried to imitate it several times (including the number 34 of the next What If? run) but never equaled it.
Highly recommended to anyone who like fun comics.
